Since the consulate or embassy falls under Department of State, and USCIS is under Department of Homeland Security, USCIS will not have the information you are looking for.

You can call DOS Visa Services, they have access to the consulate/embassy data and can tell you things like P3 P4 sent, and interview dates.

For inquiries about visa cases and the application process call: 202-663-1225.

To e-mail the Visa Office for general information, write us at usvisa@state.gov.

It's up to the consulate to set up the date for the interview of K-1 Visas. For other visas the interviews are scheduled by NVC after they sent the package to the consulate overseas. I already contacted DOS and that's what they said.
