Believe it or not, the totally obscene time they are forcing you to wait is average.

So complain about the system because, yes, it is absolutely abysmal and run by complete idiots.

But don't worry that there might be a specific problem with yours because you are right in the average of it all.

If it is average please explain why the California Center has approved the majority of Sept...they say they are working on end of Sept.. I too am an Aug. petitioner and everytime we inquire they tell us to wait weeks longer...how can people month after ours be approved? and if there is a problem why can't we be told?

Yes there is an average processing time, still an average! that mean +- few weeks!

Each case is bit different and it may takes more time in one of the offices!

I was in your shoes few days ago...
