I am seeking information for an uncle of mine. He has petitioned for all four of his children who currently reside in Haiti. Their cases were approved by USCIS and he has paid the fee and submitted all supporting docs for all except his daughter who. He recently received a letter from NVC in regards to her (she is over 21) and his not submitted the fee for as of yet. Documents for two of his boys were received by NVC on Feb 4th, the third son's documents were mailed off last week, however without a copy of his passport because it was lost in the earthquake and it has been difficult to get another one right away.

What I would like to know are the following:

1. How long will it take NVC to process the information and send it to the Immigration Visa Unit in Haiti?

2. Does NVC also send the interview time & date along with the documents that they sumit to the Immigration Visa Unit in Haiti?

3. After the interview if the Visa is approved, will it be issued immediately to live the country?

4. His daughter is expecting a child, he intends to pay the fee ($420 + $88) this month and also submit all of her documents. Once it is received by NVC is there a way that we can get it expedited from then on?
