how much time from sent package to NVC, (RFE) to receive and process?

How much time does it take for NVC to receive and process the package we sent? The package was a response to the RFE we received regarding missing docs.

Give them 5 to 7 days after it arrives for them to process it

NVC dont have RFE they are just request for you to

produce document for the case. BY e mail.

I called NVC today, it has bee 9 days since we sent it with FedEx, and they still haven't received it. is this normal? maybe they received it but haven't updated the system yet? how do they operate?

Did you do fedex tracking it will show when NVC received it

It will give you a better idea when they have it and than it should

be in the system the same day
