I just received today in the mail from IOM. Looks to be advertisement for assistance services to america. Has anyone even attempted to use these services? Is this a standard mail everyone gets after visa approval?

not spam not a scam.. another meber used them to help his wife in the trip.. there is a topic discussing it in VN regional..
