hard to say - what are the requirements when filing an E-3 visa?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Nope moving while waiting for I-130 approval wont delay anything.

Simply file COA visa website to get new address on case in case they mail out an RFE, or when they mail the NOA2 letter, unless you can continue receiving mail at old address or using a PO Box.

Yep wondering what the E-3 is all about in profile detail when posting thei to IR-1/CR-1, so my answer is targeted to where this post is for a spousal visa petition.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

hey - thanks for the clarification.

Now -for receiving this approval notice -

OK - got it - YOU ARE MOVING...

but -

the place where YOU are NOW - will 'they' hold your mail after you move? If so, this is best.

Next levels of 'bestness' - from 'next' to 'worst'

--YOU put in USPS HOLD ORDER for the current address - pick up 1 to 2 weeks after you KNOW the I-130 is approved, then worry about any petitioner addresses when you are at NVC or

--YOU put in COA with USCIS, and pray or

--YOU put in USPS Forwarding order, and pray. USCIS usually has written verbiage on outside of letter, saying, "Postmaster, Do Not Forward"

Good Luck !
