Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 1, 2011 and July 4, 2011*.

I filed mine beginning of Jan, and haven't heard. Based on the stats on this website, I don't expect an answer until end of April, but hoping it does get processed sooner.

I filed mine beginning of Jan, and haven't heard. Based on the stats on this website, I don't expect an answer until end of April, but hoping it does get processed sooner.

I filed Nov 15th and CSC is doing July/aug filers and throwing in October filers ..they last one i seen approved was Oct 29th so they haven't gotten to any Nov filers yet that i am aware of unless they were expedited..so you have a little ways to go yet..hang in there..i know each day seems like 3..:(
