ugh Sad that the Vermont Service Center is slow on getting our NOA 1 Hard copies out and I live in Vermont.. Too bad I just couldn't go pick it up. I did call them on Tuesday to ask why I could not add my Case Number to be followed as all I get is the "case not found" comments and was told until the letter is generated then I would not see it. Ugh come on Vermont!! :)

GC received = April 5, 2012 (incorrect data entry :((, sent back April 9, 2012)

CORRECT GC RECEIVED = August 22, 2012, granted IR1 (10 year gc)

that's where our USCIS process ends for now.. will wait for the next 3-4 years what we'll do next...

If you stayed in Philippines why dont you DCF? I am assuming by accident you typed 2010 instead of 2011 on sent date

Just sent our I130 form off. He sent first class, but he didnt get tracking like i said! Filed 25th of feb.

Anyone been told how long febuary filers are expected to take? i would have thought feb is a quite month to file (well at least it is after they have done all there backlog of july/aug filers).
