If we are beyond the processing time, should we contact them to see what the delay may be?

You should have contacted them 1 month and 6 days ago.

According to your timeline, you received an RFE in December and didn't respond for a month. So they've only recently gotten your RFE reply. You should be hearing news soon.

We received the RFE on January 10, we sent our package with requested evidence to CSA on January 22, CSA recieved our RFE package on January 25 and we have had no word since then, just wait now or do you think we should call them to inquire about it?
