Hi all

Now on 01-18-11 i sent the first RFE package which inclulded the PCC, Orignal MC, Official copy of BC, and my AOS package.

now on 2-7-11 got a second RFE which is about the BC and MC. what they are telling me the BC and the MC are not orignal. i told them to look at them agine and they told me it will take 10-15 days for review.

Now if they are not accepted what are my options to get this fixed or sent out to the embbassy? also can i request the case to go to the emmbassy for processing? also what is the best time to call them agine to see what they are going to do? Also can i go thru the DCF route if they cant complete the case?

any advise will be appreciated.

06/04: NOA1 Received

07/27: APPROVED!!!!!!!! via E-mail

08/03: NOA2 RECEIVED!!!!!! APPROVED IN 53 DAYS!!!!!

NVC:

08/17: AOS bill

08/18: AOS payed online

08/24: Sent DS-3032

09/16: IV bill

09/21: IV payed online

10/13: Sent AOS/IV Package

10/14: NVC got AOS/IV Package

10/26: AOS/IV package in System

11/05: Documents reviewed 4 RFE'S was found

11/09: Checklist Recived

01/18: Sent Checklist

01/19: Checklist Recived

01/25: Checklist in System

03/30: Sign in failed

03/31: CASE APPROVED!!!!! 8 Months of Headace

??/??: Interview letter

Embassy

??/??: embasy recived

??/??: medical exam

??/??: interview

??/??: approved

POE:

??/??: Finally my HOOB (Love) is with me forever......................
