My uncle has submitted I-30 for his adult unmarried daughter over 7 almost 8 years ago. He became a citizen about 5 years ago, her preference has changed to f1 does anyone have any idea as to how much longer this will take?

thanks

Aunt

are they Mexican as well of from what country is she? if she is Mexican there isn't much change. for unmarried children over 21 of a USC, they are working with January of 1993, still over 18 years of waiting in all. a few months of difference. so she would still have to wait over 10 years more.

if she is from another country, it depends from where, you didn't say.
