I think I should be the one asking if there's a number that I can call, I'm kindda worried that they didn't get our package :( we sent G-1145 with the package but still no e-mail......do you think it's time for us to call and check? if so can anyone pls. advise the number to call? :help: thanks a lot and happy valentine's day

Hi barn and cean maybe you can wait til later today as it is monday there in the US.. But i think the wait time is up to 9 days on a regular basis.. Happy valentine's to you as well.

Got our NOA1 today but we have to send it back coz of the expired form used :( and we're wondering if I-797 should also be sent back together with the correct form.:help:

I-797 is only the receipt notice. See below:

"When a petition or application is submitted to USCIS, the applicant or petitioner will receive a Receipt notice. On receipt of the petition or application USCIS will send this receipt notice to the applicant. The receipt notice is also called as Form I-797. After the application is processed successfully, USCIS will send an approval notice on Form I-797. Be notified that Form I-797 is not a visa and cannot be used in place of a visa. It states that action is taken on your application and this will be mentioned in the form."

thanks! late reply..sorry. yep the email and sms messages contained the case number and service center.. Cali for us.. did u read about the february filer who got approved after 15 days??!! so luckkkyyyy!!

how would you know which month-filer are they processing now? sorry.. so many questions..

hi my_life, welcome! yeah, we're all in here together feels better when you're with other people waiting :) gives you more patience and hope. Did they already give you a case number? I think AJ&Nina already knew what Service Center there papers will be routed, not sure on this one though haven't got mine :(

02/10/2012 Delivered

02/14/2012 NOA Text & Email received

02/21/2012 NOA received in mail for I485 & I76.

02/25/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 1pm on 03/12.

02/27/2012 Successful Biometrics Walk-in done!
