I got a letter from the US consulate telling me to log onto this website and register. I selected a DHL location. I was asked to send the consulate information through DHL. I tried to go today but DHL did not know what to do. I called the DHL hotline and they said that I need a customer number or account number and address.

Where do I get this information? I only have the applicant Id number that I had to fill out on the "submit documents to consular section DHL instruction sheet" HELP

Did I miss anything?
