Well, we are halfway done with VJ August members and the last remaining July are getting approved here and there. I'd say traces of September filers will get their NOA2 maybe late next week and October around mid-March.

Actually, they have the petitions mixed together. For instance, they were still working with July and August both.I was hoping they would get done with July and start to focus on August and September by now. Every time you see a july approval pop up, It shows how behind they are and how organized they are not.

One good thing is that, they are no longer dormant like they were for the last three months.

You are just about right, only it will be mixed between August, September, and October by late next week.

To get to Igor's List:

At the top of the page, click on Immigration Timelines..

On the next page, in the middle it says "Statistics:", under that is Igor's List...

Once you're on Igor's List you can modify it so it shows specifically what you're looking for; Vermont for instance.

ACTUALLY. You are incorrect, AGAIN. He is right, not "about right". Common sense, look at the list. Almost all of the July filers are finished and half of the August filers are as well. This is not rocket science. As for them being mixed together, well, I think we've known this since uhm... WE STARTED THE PROCESS! :bonk:
