I paid the IV and AOS fee already, started to send in the required documents to the NVC. The only document left to me sent to the NVC is the police record which will be paid for for week in Jamaica. What is the average wait time to be schedule for an interview after all this information is rec'd by the NVC?

The wait time after the last supporting document is received? You're looking at about 20 days. This could be less less if the file if post-complete awaiting the Police Cert. They usually review the files about 7-10 days after it's received after which your case will go under review which takes 1-2 weeks and a visa request submitted to the DOS.

I'm going to say you're looking at an Interview in April 2011 because you'll miss the feb. assignment schedules.
