Hi everyone, I hope I'm posting in the right place.

My sister is petitioning for her daughter and so far it has been aproved. I'm not too familiar with this process so I wanted to double check before I tell her what to do. She paid the affidavit fee already and now we recieved form DS-3032 to fill out and send in. From my understanding and quick googling, it says to send it to the NVC but I thought it would go to the consulate in Jamaica. So where do I send it, NVC here in the states or the consulate in Jamaica??

(I'm so used to the K-1 procedure where the remainder of the documents are sent to the consulate in kingston.)

Still haven't recieved visa yet: I was lucky enough to get my money back because the flight canceled.

She will send it to the NVC who will send it to the consulate once the INTERVIEW is scheduled.
