Hi, All!

I have a question to all those who applied for a K-1 Visa for their fiancee from the Philippines.

My Phililipino fiancee is about ready to undergo (this month) her physical exam and interview in Manila. I am going to the Philippines beginning of April to spend a vacation and bring her back as my wife-to-be. Is it likely that she will have her visa by mid-April? Also, she still needs to resign her employment in Dubai.

...any responses will greatly be appreciated! Have a nice weekend....

It is very possible for her to have her visa by april as long as all the paperwork (clearances and such) are in order.

Thread moved from AOS forum as it is not an AOS related question to the Philippines Regional forum as the most likely location for the OP to get the information he requests.

Yes as long as there are no problems with the medical (TB test) or interview (all papers in order) she will most likely be ready to go. After the interview if approved it's just a week or two to get your visa.

Yes if all the documents needed are provided. U can also request for visa pick -up but inform the consul first about it before the interview starts. Good luck!
