nothing in My Case Status

did you register with uscis check case status online, use caps letters EAC1212121212 OR WAC...no spaces or it's not in the system yet,

I agree with Jkeel07 to check how you inputed your receipt number first. If you are certain that you put the correct number with alpha characters, then I would wait a few days and check again. Sometimes things are slow with the USCIS processes. If you can believe that? LOL

well I used the code that they emailed to me on Jan 10th, So I assume it is the correct one. The email says it can take up to 7-10 days for it to show up.

now-a-days... yes it's normal.. you just gotta wait - sorry. My case NOA1 date is December 30, 2010 and the case status is not available on the website. The case is in the system JUST NOT ON the website. So if you need a case stus you'll get to get pass the "uscis block " that is still on the front end of the customer service line.

Give them about 1 month.

It's been about 6 weeks for me and still no case status. I called and talked to an officer about it today and he said it's supposed to be on there within a month so he gave me an email to email and tell them and theyd fix it...Well, heres the reply I got..

Thank you for your comments on USCIS.gov. Due to the large number of messages we receive, we cannot reply to every message beyond this automated acknowledgement.

Please note:

· This address is for comments about the USCIS website, not a customer service e-mail address.

The dude gave me a freaken automated response email and told me they'd fix it for me. Clearly he was either completely ignorant or just flat out lieing. I'll be calling back (for a 3rd time, first time they just said wait a couple weeks).

I received the NOA1 on Jan 11th, and it was accepted on Jan 6th, But when I Check My Case Status at the USCIS website it says there is no case file found.

Is this normal? or could something have gone wrong?

are you able to check your case online now..?

; Don't stress, it can take some time before it comes thru on the website.

My NOA1 is dated on October 28th, but mine appeared online on Nov. 5th, 8 days later so that was my first TOUCH as well..

You are in the System, no doubts about that. Maybe they haven't scanned your file yet (moved to an other desk), but that doesn't mean that they aren't working on it.
