I received the EAD and Parolee 2 weeks ago and found DOB error. I sent back to USCIS now they replied that it is my fault. I typed the wrong DOB on the file. They want me to apply the form again otherwise they won't change DOB for me. So mean!!! But the thing is I am gonna have interview within 2 weeks. I don't want to apply again. As long as I get the green card, I don't need these. Some people even don't apply these documents. That's what I think. If not correct, please tell me. I am wondering how to make sure the DOB on green card is correct. Should I notify USCIS before interview or right after interview? Thank you very much. I know you guys are very helpful and can solve my problem. _

As long as your DOB is correct on your green card, you will be ok. The interviewing officer usually verifies your DOB during the AOS interview, but you can bring it up during the interview.

Did you make copies of your forms to check if you DID make a mistake on the dates? Always make copies because you can go back and see if they are lying about YOU making the mistake.

It's my fault.

Do I have chance to correct during interview? I know officer will verify your DOB when interviewing, but will they change DOB info at that time or they tell me re-apply(They tell me if I want to change DOB on EAD card I need to re-apply.... so mean....)?
