Error on Birth Certificate & K1 application

Hello! Fellow VJ members! I'am a new member here. I'd Like to ask questions.

My Fiance and I filed k1 visa on July in VSC but unfortunately as of now we don't have NOA2 yet.

This is what bothers us, when we filled up the biographical data (G325A) my fiance and i decided to put my Real Birthday hoping that it would be Corrected by the Lawyer that we hired, unluckily the Lawyer was asking us another fee, I get irritated with the Lawyer because we asked him before the process of correction begins how much would it cost and if there's anything we need to pay later, And He said "nothing! that's it!" After a month or two the Lawyer was asking more fee and it made me more pissed when He said that the correction has not been started yet. So I told my fiance, that I'll try to get passport if i can get it without noticing the error on my birth certificate. I was glad that i was able to get my passport using my wrong birth day due to typographical error, since i been using it in every documents like at school etc. Would that affect on our K1 application? What do we need to do if it give us hard time during our K1 application? I'd like to hear any advice from you guys! Thank You!
