Is this Notice of Action OK?

A petition was filed for both my fiance and her daughter. Both the K1 and K2 paperwork were sent together. However, when I recently received the Notice of Action, only my fiance's name is listed as a beneficiary. Her 3-year-old daughter's name is not listed. Should her daughter's name be listed on the Notice of Action? If so, what should I do?

I'm curious. What paperwork did you send for a K2? I thought you only send the I-129F packet for the K1 visa and list the child on the I-129F form. Doesn't the paperwork for the K2 visa come later with one of the packets from the embassy?

I just filed I-129F three months ago and listed my fiancee's child on the petition. I haven't done anything else and haven't seen anything in the guides saying to do more than that. Did I miss something?

There is no "K-2 paperwork". For the petition you only list the child on the fiancees I-129f. Only the fiancee's name (and petitioners) appears on that notice. The child uses the same petition as the fiancee but submits a separate visa application at the time of the visa interview.
