I-864 and child

This forum was very helpful so far and our interview was scheduled for the next week

But now we are stuck filling out the I-864 form.

My husband, who is a USC, filed two I-130 petitions, one for me and one for our daughter, who is not a USC.

So he also needs to complete two I-864 forms. He will be our sole sponsor, because his salary lies above the poverty guidelines for all three of us. Does he need to list our daughter on "my" I-864, in line 21.d?

I also read something about me completing the form I-846A, but i thought i don´t need it, because he is filing two separate I-864 forms?

Yes to 21.d

No I-864A needed unless you are combining household income with another person.

How old is your daugther?..because if she is under 18, he has to file I-864X.. (My son is mexican and I file I-130 petition for him.. because he is 1 year old is exempt to file I-864..and for the exemption you file form I-864 X).

Sorry.. it is not I-864X.. the correct form for expemtions is: I-864 W

That´s strange, because the officer in Frankfurt only gave us two I-864 forms and said to complete them

now i´m worried

We had our interview yesterday and it was the I-864W form that we needed for our daughter.

the interview went well expecting our visas soon!
