USCIS got my file on August 3rd and other than quickly cashing my checkthe quickest I have ever seen a check get cashed ..lol.. I have heard nothing.. absolutly nothing , no mail, no email , no text.... in my opinion horrible given the ammount of money that is spent for this process.. currently My girl and I are 119 days into the process with just the NOA 1 hopefully the NOA 2 is close behind?..

I was hoping to get responses from September filers, but only got the one and two other confusing comments..Still waiting to hear from you September folks :)

OK. RFEs are BAD and you DO NOT want one. Nor does anyone else. Touches could be either good, bad or indifferent. Some people have gotten lots of touches long before their NOA2 while others haven't seen any touches at all then then had there case complete and their NOA2 just show up out of the blue. It's only been 2+ months, give it some more time.

P.S. Yes, I agree, being patient during this process really sucks.:crying::rofl:

Not all RFE's are bad! For someone like me, my only two options are RFE or Rejection because I forgot to include all the paperwork they need. It's all a matter of perspective!

If I don't get an RFE, I'll get a Rejection and I'll have to start all over again! :(

both vermont and cali seem to be processing noa1 dates around mid-july, sept filers might be in for another 2 months or so of waiting unless the centers have some miracle up their sleeves..and with them being out for about a week for holidays in december, i wouldn't count on a miracle

and btw, here is the thread for the sept VSC filers: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/274047-september-2010-k1-filers/

Nothing yet, but Vermont are going dead slow at the moment. As Kristy S has said, Vermont is still processing July filers, and have the whole month of August to get through at the moment. At this point, i am fully expecting it to go the full 5 months before we see an NOA2
