Good News for all of you with NOA-1 around August 4th

I have been touched November 22,23,24,26. I'm only

at the 4 month mark. So it looks like they are working

hard for you before August 4th people & should soon be

hearing about and approval in the next few weeks.

Yes, there is definite movement - I think they want the backlog cleared before Christmas. We are also at the 4 month mark (July 24th), but have only had 2 touches. Who knows what they all mean, but we DO know:

1. They haven't forgot or lost our paperwork.

2. They are doing something!

Our K1 was recieved Aug. 11 at CSC.

The NOA1 was Aug. 18 and I just checked and no change. I guess since Irina and I started writing to each other in Sept. of 04 they think there is no reason to hurry.

First email 2004-09-05

Visit her in Russia 2009-09-18 to 2009-11-02

I-129F Sent : 2010-07-14

I-129F NOA1 : 2010-08-11

Touch : 2010-08-18
