I was planning on returning home after filing here and sending the sponsorship forms by mail to my husband to finish the process. I was wondering since i will be living in the usa do i still have to submit proof of domecile? if so, what should i send? same evidences as before or will my drivers license be sufficient?

If you are already living in the US by the time you need to file the I-864 Affidavit of Support, then you don't need to prove domicile.

Keep your eyes open to make sure you put down your US address in the part of I-864 where they ask your (sponsor's) mailing address and physical address, and also item 15 where they ask for the country of domicile.

:)

You're welcome! Yes, as long as you have established residence in the US prior to filing the I-864 you are good to go as far as proving domicile is concerned.

And good luck with everything!
