Hello,

I intend to marry my fiance who is an US citizen but have not decided on a date yet. there is a job posting that has come up in the USA that I am extremely interested in applying for and want to know if I go over on a TN work visa can I marry and apply for a AOS right away as soon as we marry. I know I can apply for a EAD permit once we marry but we don't know when we want to get married right now and i don't want to miss this job opporutnity.

what i want to know is if i marry on a TN, will they revoke the visa because my status has changed since i married an american citizen or can i just apply to adjust my status right away once we get married? OR will they revoke the TN visa so that I have to quit the american job and return back to ontario to start the AOS visa process because my status would be cosidered changed since i got married on a TN? thanks for any help.
