Mailing K-1 Petition

Hello all:

Quick question. I'm preparing to send in my I-129F Petition and I'm trying to make sure I send it to the right address. I'm sending the Petition through USPS but with a flat rate envelope and certified. Would that mean I should send it to the P.O. Box or the actual street address?

When mailed to a street address it goes directly (faster service) to their office.

Thanks all. In all actuality, I just wasnt sure if a flat rate envelope from the USPS was considered Express. So, I called the post office. Happy filing .

No need to wait. The new fee applies to cases they receive on or after 11/23. Now already the 24th, so no matter.

I would NOT send it certified. I recommend Priority Mail and to the PO Box. Delivery to their office isn't going to get your approval any faster. It's a months long process. Saving a day, is of no consequence. They'll be closed over the holiday anyway and pick it up on Monday.
