Hello all, hope everyone is doing great.

I am new to this webesite, still learning how to use it. I wanted to share our problem with you guys, maybe someone can help us. We applied for our K1 fiance visa on July 29th,2010 and got our NOA2 on October 1st,2010 and on the approval letter said that your case has been transferred to NVC for processing, and said that NVC should finish processing it in two to four weeks. So its been a month and a half since we got our NOA2 and each time we call NVC they say we do not have your case yet with us, so we ended up calling USCIC and they said we sent it to them long time ago. So my question is how long will it take for NVC to receive our case and start processing it? Does anyone know anything about this?

Thank you all

It took about 6 weeks for ours to be sent out from the NVC. I remember well, the waiting is hell.

I'm sure yours will get to the consulate soon. Best wishes! :)
