Hi, I am new here so I apologize if this has already been discussed.

I have just received the I-512, but I am a bit afraid to leave because it says that if I have been unlawfully present in the US for more than 180 days I might be found inadmissible. I came to the US with K1 in Nov last year, got married within 90 days, but due to some issues I didn't apply for the AOS right away, I applied in October. Does that mean that I have been unlawfully present, even though I did get married within the 90 days?

My AOS is still in initial review status. I took the biometrics 2 weeks ago.

I-512 is not a K-1 form.
