Did you reply to USCIS in the same kind of tone and comments when you sent evidence for an RFE..????

Are you here to give advice or be sarcastic and have some fun ????

Beautiful patience.

Age difference , being Muslim , Egyptian ...and he THOUGHT that iam poor guy from a poor family but Thank god we aren't and he mentioned that in the denial....he said...since the petitoner is unemployed and the beneficiary is student (Also iam working) so why is she applying for another immigrant looool...they are searching for money not for bona fide relationship...woooow...i don't wanna remember this denial reasons tbh...its all a ####### ..and ###### silly reasons

Hey Sam, It has nothing to do with being a Muslim, Egyptian, or a poor guy.

It all depends on the petitioner's financial state and the bona fide relationship between the petitioner and the beneficiary.

Find a job you love to do, and you will never work another day in your life.

Sam It is unusual to get rejected at USCIS stage. Most likely your lawyer sent in the worse application known to man. Whatever the reason you need to carefully prepare the second one. You will get over the pissy comments for those that glide through the process. They like to raise themselves on putting others down. Even though a GOOD lawyer would be best at this point in time I understand not affording one. Be very careful about your next petition and make sure to fully cover everything . I have been down the path of filing a second petition and you can be successful.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
