getting ready to send in aos package..am i missing anything?

I am putting together our package. Tomorrow we will have the civil surgeon part done so don't include that. Here is what I have so far:

1 i485 ( a vj member said I only need to fill one out for the mother and not 1 for the daughter since I am filing them together, is this correct?)

2 i864 (1 for wife and child)

2 g325 (1 for wife and child)

2 i765 (since I will need a s.s. number for child I am filling out the 2nd one)

2 i131 (members have said since I am filing after 2 years it is now required to file an i131 for mother and child..correct?)

proof docs:

bank statements (wife and myself on account)

life insurance beneficiary(wife)

apartment lease contracts(both of us are on it)

marriage license copy( should I include a copy or official copy?)

tax returns (how many years back?)

6 passport sized pictures for the wife

6 passport sized pictures for the stepson

photocopy of the wife and stepdaughter's passport biography page

photocopy of the wife and stepdaughter's I-194 (front and back)

photocopy of the wife and stepdaughter's K1 and K2 visa

Check for $1,610 made out to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
