Paying Visa Fees at the Embassy in Dakar, Senegal

For those of you who have recently gone for an interview in Dakar Senegal for a K1 visa, did you pay the entire filing fee of $350 at the cashiers window in the embassy, or did you pay $140 of it at a bank and the balance at the cashiers window in the embassy? If you had to pay part of it at a bank, which bank did you go to to pay the $140? Thank you!
