Hi there guys... well after a month for waiting for our documents to respond to our RFE, we got the papers from my father in law who lives in a different state. Now he sent us the documents required signed I-864, tax transcripts for Y 07, 08 and 09. He was working till early this year and retired and now doing contractual work. He sent us a copy of his contract between him and the company who pays him to do the work. He sent us copy of his bank statement for the past 1 year but only the 1st pages showing the total deposits and total withdrawals with beg and ending balance for the month, we have asked him for the complete bank statement but he is hesitant to give it and most of his pay from this company are in checks which is being deposited to his account. Will this be accepted if we submit whatever we have right now? It seems like there is nothing else we can do to make him send the rest of the statement. WE don't have assets to add and no other joint sponsor to help us as my sister and brother in law do not qualify :( Can you please let us know what are the chances that we might get denial? My husband's salary is actually more than what is required, he makes more currently only thing he had a bad year last year and didn't made a lot and we got an RFE for not meeting the poverty line set. This is really stressing me out since its beena month since we received the RFE and by end of this month the form we used is going to expire and going back to my father in law to fill up a new form would take a long time. I really want to get things done so I can start working. Please help :( Any advice will be appreciated.

The ONLY supporting documentation which is REQUIRED in support of the I-864 is the previous year's tax return/transcript. All the rest there is extra, unless he is using assets to make up for an income shortfall.
