Received duplicate approval notice in mail two days ago and this one has an A# for the beneficiary does that mean we are one step closer to being eligible to file for Adjustment of Status? Any one else in F3 category doing AOS.

I am F2 and my husband is F1. I am principle beneficiary on application. Husbands employer interested in filing H1b for him. My priority date is Feb 05. Should we go ahead and do H1b we have up to june 2011 on this present visa. Any one out there with a similar case?

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to "Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America" as the prior forum is for K1, K2, K3 & K4 visas so this is a more appropriate location**
