Do the letters of intent that my fiance and I submit have to be worded differently or can they be the same ? I think I read somewhere on this site that it asked for "Original statements" The statement my Fiance used was

****I, (her name) , do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (my name), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.****

Can I write the same thing ? If not can someone give me a sample of what they wrote? Thanks so much !!

I don't think USCIS is really reading them thinking how much effort you both put into them or is judging your creativity. It's just the fact you said you will marry each other and you signed it. Just imagine how many people here have used the same letter, the one from this website. USCIS doesn't care, it's just business. :)
