revoked i-130

Hi all,

This is for my sister. She filed i-130 for her husband living in Ethiopia. He had interview about two months ago but the officer at the embassy told him he didnt have enough evidence and therefore revoked. She gave him a letter that says his case will been sent back to USA for evaluation. During this time he will be able to get another chance to present more evidence.

As far as I know, they provided tons of evidence. During the interview he presented three albums of their wedding pictures as well as the video, evidence of e-mails, telephone calls and reciept of money transfers. My sister was actually was there when her husband was interviewed. I just dont know what else they have to present. She is very stressed about this and I just want to help her,and I dont think I can do it without you. Please help!

Certain countries are rejection prone. You have to have twice the evidence required from normal countries. They like evidence that shows daily contact and significant co mingling of assets. 3 wedding albums , although nice , only document a single day of their life together. The phone evidence , did it show calls every day, for the entire time ? Did the husband have trouble with any of the questions. Were their pictures over time with them including family members ?
