hey whats goin on guys? i have a question about these forms. heres the thing. i filled one i864(myself) i am the primary sponsor and my auntie( joint sponsor) another i864 we dont live together so thats cool,

but i am wondering if we have to make my uncle( her husband) to fill up the form i864A? they are married and living together in the household. do we have to include my uncle and make him

fill up the form too? thanks everyone in advance!

If his income is being used on the form then yes. If it's not being used then no.
