Hi there, i need help what kind of docs,i need to submit at the uscis, i came here in the us as a visitor and got married here, and im goin to file my permanent resident, any info is big help.. thanks

I believe you are the beneficiary to receive the green card based on your sponsor. I understand like this.

If yes, you can't live in the U.S forever with the visit visa. Your sponsor can file I-130 petition for you. But you need to return to your country before the visitor visa expires. Otherwise, you will unnecessarily complicate your I-130.

Loto
