Hi, I became a US citizen last May of this year and I am planning to apply for I-130 for my parents. I'm currently unemployed because I decided to go to school for nursing instead. My question is...which form do we have to submit for affidavit of support if my husband will co-sponsor them,I-864 or I-864A? Any idea will be appreciated. Thanks

You are the sponsor and therefore you must fill out the I-864 listing your husband as a household member as well as provide them with the tax returns requested. Your husband can then fill out the I-864A in order for him to be a household member.
