Yes, very reasonable.

It's not left or right either as Spook is just as indoctrinated as you. Probably worse actually. That said, the right is less inclined to take or accept any new ideas, even from successful conservatives abroad. Furthermore, still believe America has all the answers and the rest of the first world is simply a bunch of lazy stupid socialist.

Yes. These scenarios are common in most metro areas I have traveled to and seen. Heck, it's common straight out of the local HOA.

i think sometimes they do that with the intent of later on extending it, but plans change.
