Last update was on june 11 and the status is inital review but i did biometrics already, they send me a rfe (copy of i94 and visa) wich i send next day( althoug they were send with the initial package), and i recived appoiment for interview on agust 16.

I have two concerns, does anyone know why there is no online update or is this happen to anyone else? Also im still waiting for ead but there is not change in status is stuck in inital review since june 11.

Unfortunately USCIS doesnt do a good job in updating the online statuses. In most circumstances, the status doesnt change even after receipt of the interview and will likely wont change until after the interview. But its nothing to worry about, as long as you've gotten the IL, you have nothing to worry about... All the best to you with the interview

I'm going by the average timelines via people on here + the timeline charts provided by this place--I have more faith in those two pieces of info moreso than I do USCIS :D

I had the same thing happen to me. I filed on June 2nd, had my biometrics done on June 18th and then nohting. I read on this site that they do not always update the site and that you can receive your documents and still have the site say intial review!

I thought i was going to be one of those but today i received a text message and email saying my case status had been updated. I logged onto the uscis site and sure thing, it said they had ordered document production for I-765. So i guess they update for some? No idea how their system works!

AOS Timeline:

June 2nd 2010- Filed for adjustment of status

June 16th 2010- Biometrics letter received scheduled for July 9th.

August 9th 2010- AOS interview letter received. Interview scheduled for September 21st, 2010.

August 14th 2010- EAD arrived finally!!!! Thank you God.

September 21st 2010- GC Interview @ 0100

April 20, 2011- Applied to renew EAD &AP (paper)

May 9, 2011- AP RECEIVED! Talk about fast service!

June 8, 2011- EAD card received!

September 20th, 2011- Home visit by USCIS officers!!!!

November 21st- Fingerprint notice for Dec1st

December 5th- Card Production Ordered email/text

December 7th- Card production ordered again email/text

December 8th- Decision on case status email/text

December 10th -GREEN CARD RECEIVED IN THE MAIL, WHOOP WHOOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not rely on USCIS online updates. Right now my K-1 still says that they have received it and it is in initial processing from June 6, 2009. We got the visa in April and are now married and have filed AOS.
