Hey there guys, my fiancee's mother is co-sponsoring me. I was just wondering what documents i should get from her mother for evidence?the form instructions dont list many, but ive heard many people taking many different ones. Just wondering if anyone had any good advice, and what forms are the essential ones? any help would be great, as i have my interview in London in 2 weeks!!

good luck to everyone,

Hi there, I also have a co sponsor ( my father with act as a cosponsor for my fiance in Ireland) the documents I gave to my fiance for evidence is : a letter from his employer stating job title, annual income, his start date, if it was a temp or permanent job on a company letter head signed. Also, I included 3 years tax transcripts (although I have heard you only need 1 year), I will give him 3 past months pay stubs,( ones that are closer to his interview date when he gets it!),3 years of W2s. You will need for your co sponsor as well as for the USC to fill out a I-134 EACH and include a copy of both the USC birth cert and the co sponsors. That's as much as I can remember as to what I sent, maybe someone else can give you more details if this is not enough. Hope this helps, good luck!
