Timeline

question:

1.WHAT APPLICATION I NEED TO PROCESS FOR MY STEP-SON?

2.IS't POSSIBLE I COULD PROCESS BOTH OF THEM MY WIFE AND MY STEP-SON?

3. HIS LEGAL DAD SIGNED IN HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT HE ABANDONED THEM WHEN HE IS 1 YEAR OLD, MY WIFE GOT PREGNANT 16 YEARS OLD

IN THIS CASE DO MY SON BIRTH CERTIFICATE WILL BE QUESTIONED BY IMMIGRATION ABOUT HIS LEGAL DAD?

we can't find his legal dad anymore, my wife and old b.f is not married at all..
