Hello Everyone,

I wanted to just see if I have this right about the I-130 for my mother,

Just the form I-130, the check, proof of citizenship and my birth certificate is needed? It just seems to easy after all the work and forms my husband filled out for me with pictures and copies of passports.......

because it is a "blood" relationship versus a "bonafide" marriage relationship... the latter is much more easily faked.
