Hello everyone at VJ!, the situation starts at this... my fiance was interviewed during last monday july 12th Philippine time and she went through the process but still needed the form I-134 affadavit of support because we turned in the i-864 instead and they still needed the i-134.. so the CO said it was approved and that she only needed that form. She was told to proceed to the air21 counter to fill out the visa delivery form and recieve the white slip which is the checklist on what was needed to turn in which was her only her i-134 form and passport. I have the i-134 originals and copies sent to her and co sponsors and she turns it in the following week monday july 19th.She was then told the visa would be COD (cash on deliver) and that was it.. no tracking number or approximate time it would be released from the embassy. the question is when processing missing documents like that does it take 90 days upon submission of the missing documents due to this important note on the processing times website that i read? :

"****IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing wait time DOES NOT include the time required for administrative processing. These procedures require additional time. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of application. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on individual circumstances of each case. Therefore, before making inquiries about status of administrative processing, applicants or their representatives will need to wait at least 90 days from the date of interview or submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later. Processing wait time also does not include the time required to return the passport to applicants, by either courier services or the local mail system."

and from other resources ive heard people receiving their visas within 9 days after turning in their missing documents.. is there a chance of policy when insuing visas? the site also says the processing time is 2 days for non immigrant visas so i dont include delivery time as well shes located outside manila in lingayen so i dont know if that also changes the time significantly.. information on this would be very grateful to us... thank you.

I was given the same form since the consul requested for pay checks which I didn't have. You can refer to my timeline. I basically received my visa 10 working days after submitting the lacking document. I got the following from my blog. I figured that maybe I could help someone out through it.

If you pass the interview then congratulations! However, if you lack a certain document, you will receive a 221g form like I did. Submit the evidence as soon as possible and check on your case status once a week. You can contact the Embassy regarding Non-Immigrant concerns at 3012000 press 7 then 5184 or 5185.

Remember, the approval will be based on the preponderance of evidence you submit.
