Hello everyone, my NOA2 was approved on July 14, 2010. what next? When will I recieve my official NOA2 paper copy reciept from the Vermont Service Center? will it have instructions on what I should do next? when will it go to the NVC? How can I track the process? Its been 4 days and I have not recieved the NOA2 reciept paper notice in the Mail! I would sure appreciate any information on this matter, and where my petition will be going from here, and how much longer do we have until it gets to Manila, and my fiancee can recieve her Visa to the USA? Thank you very much! Randall

i believe we waited almost 2 weeks for snail mail(usps)after noa2 the case goes to nvc.we were stuck at nvc for further processing for 7 weeks before it went on to manila so watch closely(its called ap)some cases fly thru nvc some dont.but do call nvc late next week and see if they have it from uscis as yet.youll need names birthdates and uscis case number to contact nvc.good luck.manila moves along quite quickly so get prepared now

Thank you very much for your reply and information. Its really Helpful. Do I have to contact NVC, is this really necessary, will they not act on their on? do I have to stay on them, to keep them moving? Thanks Randall

randall,it is basically out of your hands now.uscis gave you permission for your fiancee to apply for the visa in manila.call nvc and get the new case number from them.they will tell you when it was forwarded to the embassy in manila.once manila has the new case number from nvc they will send out a confirmation letter to your fiancee in the philippines.she must then file for the visa and send it to manila for processing.i believe she can fill out and submit to any banko de oro and pay the fee.read up top where it says guides and embassies will help allot
