Our appt was at 7:30 and we went it few mins before 7:30. First, the interviewer of course let us swore first. Really, it was easy and the interviewer was really nice. He only asked for copy of lease and our tithe receipt. That's all what he got from us. He didn't even look at our pictures. I offered but he said no he doesn't need it. But but but.... the only thing not good is the medical form. The doctor forgot to check one thing there and so we have to go back to the doctor and let him check and sign the form. And then send it back to the immigration within 30 days. After that, then all will be good. The strange thing though is, he already gave me the Welcome to the USA handbook and another Welcome to the USA letter and gave the paper for removing condition status. WOw! Does this happen alot or the welcome book and letter comes with the GC? He said though that there is no more problem with the papers. He just need that medical form signed because it is the law. Whew! We are so happy. ALthough, still on RFE, I assume that we are already approved because we already have the welcome to USA handbook. What you guys think?
