Cream cheese = good :)

I like marjolaine, but I don't know if that's really considered a cake since it's meringue. Opera cake is another favorite.

I adore Lemon Meringue Pie, but only if the meringue is crispy and the lemon really tart.

This is also not a cake, but I'm throwing caution to the wind and mentioning it anyway.

It's how I roll.

Carrot cake with cream cheese icing - YUM.

Also any kind of cheesecake. Even Nessa's that crack. biggrin.gif

My favorite is definitely chocolate with buttercream frosting. It is a birthday MUST in my house. Carried over family tradition.

I do love carrot and red velvet, but last time I made red velvet from a box it turned out dry. My husband's is cheesecake. I am tempt to try to make one for the hubby's birthday. I don't know how well it will come out though. :whistle:

I like just about all cakes, but I can't eat any if there is alcohol or coffee in it. The alcohol no matter what the type taste like rubbing alcohol and coffee just over powers everything else and gags me. Chocolate is my favorite.
