She received the package from embassy in Guangzhou. She is totally confused and helpless. I want to help. What does she has to do? She finds the documents confusing as her English is not so good.

Follow Darnell's link and read all the guides until you have a thorough understanding of everything! You're going through a tricky consulate so become as comfortable and knowledgeable as you can right away. You don't want to feel panicked at the interview. You'll want to be able to relay to your fiancee everything you can about what to expect and how to proceed. All the info you need is here. Get going and ask questions. Don't wait for a problem to present itself.

How do you obtain the Police Cert. and the Birth Cert. in Guangzhou ?
