Wish us luck people please,

As of tomorrow they will have had our petition a solid week and hopefully we were entered into the system Friday. She is on her way to Kyiv as I type this and has medical appointment for tomorrow, the train is packed she said :wacko:

Traveled to Ukraine Jan 22 2010

Spent 33 wonderful days together

Returned to US Feb 25 2010

K1 filed March 2010

Sent to VSC 2010-03-06

Received 03-08

Check cashed 03-10

NOA 1 dated 03-11

Spending a week in Odessa and Kherson together 5-19-10 :)))))

Leave US 8-10 to attend interview

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"

It normally takes more than a week, but you can try. 2-3 weeks is normal. It is best to call early morning Kiev time

03/29/2010 - Notice date

04/02/2010 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

05/07/2010 - Touched

06/08/2010 - Touched again

06/09/2010 - Touched again, again...

06/09/2010 - NOA2 - WOOHOO!!!!!!!

06/14/2010 - NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

06/18/2010 - NVC received.

08/04/2010 - Medical appointment.

08/05/2010 - Visa Interview!!!! - Approved!!!

08/10/2010 - Visa received in mail

when doing this, check the days and availability of everyone first. Last summer the clinic was closed on Wednesday and the consulate was closed on Friday for the whole summer, so the only days you could do "Back-to-back" medical and interview were Monday/Tuesday and Tuesday/Wednesday. Anything else was going to require staying at least 2 days in Kiev.

Medical was a MAD HOUSE, many many people. She was happy that she did it ahead of time. She was there for about 3.5 hours. All is well :)

Good luck, Yana had her interview this morning and we were approved!!!!
